These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of pixelrox.com and the services provided by PixelRox Technologies LLC (“PixelRox”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
PixelRox Technologies LLC provides digital services including, but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- WordPress and Elementor development
- UI/UX design
- Website optimization and SEO foundations
- Automation and system integrations
- Maintenance and support services
All services are delivered according to the scope agreed upon in writing (proposal, invoice, contract, or email confirmation).
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Deliver required content, assets, and access credentials on time
- Review and approve work within a reasonable timeframe
- Make payments according to agreed schedules
Project timelines may be extended if required materials or approvals are delayed.
3. Payments
All projects require upfront payment or deposit before work begins. Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed milestone or final invoice schedule.
Failure to make payments may result in project suspension, delayed delivery, or service termination.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Deposits and completed milestone payments are generally non-refundable due to the custom nature of digital services.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final approved website design and developed deliverables, unless otherwise specified.
PixelRox reserves the right to:
- Show completed work in its portfolio
- Use non-confidential project materials for promotional purposes
Third-party tools, plugins, themes, or licenses remain subject to their respective providers’ terms.
6. Revisions
Projects include a reasonable number of revisions as defined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.
7. Limitation of Liability
PixelRox Technologies LLC shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Downtime caused by hosting providers, third-party services, or external factors
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors, plugins, APIs). PixelRox is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by these providers.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information shared during the project.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to PixelRox Technologies LLC’s registered jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
