1. Nature of Our Services
PixelRox provides digital services including website design, WordPress development, UI/UX design, optimization, automation setup, and related digital solutions. Due to the custom and time-based nature of our work, refunds are handled under specific conditions outlined below.
2. Project-Based Services
Initial Deposit
All projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. This deposit secures your project slot, covers initial research, planning, and strategy, and is non-refundable.
Milestone Payments
For projects structured in milestones:
- Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
- If a project is paused or canceled by the client, work completed up to that point must be paid in full.
Project Cancellation
If the client chooses to cancel a project:
- No refund will be issued for completed work.
- Any remaining unpaid balance for completed work remains due.
- Unused future milestones will not be charged.
3. Subscription & Maintenance Services
For ongoing maintenance or support plans:
- Fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed.
- Payments already processed are non-refundable.
- Clients may cancel future renewals with written notice before the next billing cycle.
4. Digital Products (If Applicable)
If PixelRox offers downloadable digital products (templates, assets, or similar materials):
- All sales are final.
- No refunds will be provided once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment errors
- Billing mistakes caused by our system
- Failure to deliver any agreed service without valid reason
All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Client Responsibilities
Refund eligibility may be void if delays or issues are caused by:
- Lack of required content or materials from the client
- Delayed communication or approvals
- Scope changes after project agreement
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, clients agree to contact PixelRox directly to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination and recovery actions.
